Who is Louis A. McCall II?
The Beginning
Louis McCall's career began in Metro-Atlanta luxury real estate in 2004. He initially started as a custom home builder representative. While he worked on projects of various sizes, his niche focused on custom construction projects exceeding 6,000 square feet. When representing builders, he was responsible for calculating construction costs, and when representing buyers, he negotiated material and labor rates to ensure optimal value. Each role provided him with unparalleled insight into complex negotiations and high-end real estate valuations. This experience, combined with his marketing background, enabled him to consistently secure top dollar for his clients. Louis became LEED-certified and represented a large 352-unit condominium development within a mixed-use project in Buckhead, one of Atlanta’s most prestigious districts. Eventually, he made his way to Arizona, continuing to apply his expertise in luxury real estate.
